Our jaw plates are typically high manganese steel, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and service life. Jaw plate sizes generally range from 300mm to 1500mm, depending on the crusher model.
We offer high-manganese steel jaw plates ranging from Mn13Cr2 to Mn22Cr2, suitable for various materials:
Mn13Cr2: Suitable for low-impact, low-wear materials like soft rock and coal
Mn18Cr2: Suitable for most stone types, offering excellent wear resistance at a reasonable price. Ideal for stones with Mohs hardness above level 6, such as granite, basalt, and quartzite.
Mn22Cr2: Best for high-hardness, high-impact materials like hard granite, iron ore, and highly abrasive aggregates.
